Personal Injury Lawsuit Attorneys

THE BRIEF

“Form” and Function.

This an example of a website that is known as a “lead generation” site. It’s not about presenting the coolest or cleanest design, but more about directing people’s attention to the contact information for the company. It’s a little game of cat and mouse to get the viewers to fill out the form on their own without saying “The only want to get more information is to fill out this form.” I did 3 websites for this client and all had to appear unique and strike very specific keywords for search engine optimization. But getting the form to function wasn’t the only goal. As a personal injury website, I knew those navigating to the site were in a sensitive state and I wanted to respect that and make it a clear, concise, and uncomplicated process for the user.

THE RESULT

Sharing just enough.

The purpose of this site is to generate leads, not necessarily to answer every question the user might have – but we didn’t want to leave out too much information. Getting the basics was essential, but more than anything I wanted the users seeking personal injury help online to feel like the process was going to be easy and that they feel supported. Elements like the step-by-step visual explanation of how the company works, right down to the calming blue color of the branding scheme all served to offer a helping hand to the user in a way that felt welcoming and supportive. When we have to use very specific language for search engine optimization, it’s hard to communicate a human touch, but I think we succeeded admirably.
